We require:

• Minimum age of 21. 
• A valid US drivers license.
• Proof of current insurance, a letter from your insurance agent documenting that you are fully insured under your current policy when renting a sportscar.
• Proof of address (recent statement with your home address is required).
• Current credit card to be presented upon delivery of the ferrari.

Additional Drivers

• Minimum age for additional drivers is 21.
• Must have valid drivers license and full coverage insurance.
• Additional driver fee may apply.

The standard rental term is 24 hours from the time of drop off. We will also offer a reduced weekly and monthly rate for people requiring a longer rental period.

Yes, we do deliver the car to your requested address and most LA hotels. You may also pick up the car in either Marina Del Rey or Century City upon request.

LA Ferrari Rentals authorization deposit amount is $2,000.

The deposit will be refunded upon inspecting the car when returned and ensuring there is no damage to the mechanical parts, interior and/or exterior of the car.

If you have reserved a car with us and would like to cancel your reservation, we require notification of the cancellation 48 hours prior to your reservation for no charge, if notification is less than  48 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.

California state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seat belts at all times. Children weighing less than 50 pounds must be secured in a child safety seat. Please obey all posted speed limits while driving on Californian roads and highways.

Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in California. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .08%. It is illegal for anyone less than 21 years old to consume alcohol in any quantity at any time in California.

In California, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored 24 hours a day by the authorities. Citations and fines are expensive; to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your vehicle. Please note there is no smoking or drinking allowed in the car.

We service the greater Los Angeles county and can deliver the car in most of the surrounding counties as well.

Vehicles are not to leave the continental USA or cross the US/Mexico border.

You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. The first tank of gas is free of charge. If you need to refuel the car we kindly ask that you use a Shell fuel station and refuel the car with the higest octane available.

Therefore you may return the car without refuelling as the first tank is compliments of LA Ferrari Rentals.

International drivers are welcome! We accept foreign drivers license for many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present your passport along with your driver's license.
